Le 26 juin est la Journée internationale de la lutte contre l’abus et le trafic de drogues conçue pour rappeler l’objectif que se sont donnés les États Membres de l’ONU de parvenir à une société internationale sans abus de drogues. Dans le cadre du projet de prévention et de développement communautaire, ATL MST sida Tunis profite de la journée internationale de la lutte contre l’abus et le trafic de drogues pour sensibiliser le grand public sur le manque de prise en charge médicale, sociale, psychologique, mais aussi juridique des usagers de drogues injectables. Ceci va permettre par la suite d’adopter une stratégie d’intervention multidisciplinaire visant un renforcement de capacités adapté aux besoins ainsi qu’un plaidoyer envers les institutions concernées. Cette campagne a été conçue autour de l’approche de la réduction de risques (RdR) auprès des usagers et usagères de drogues ayant pour objectif de promouvoir une approche pragmatique de la santé publique basée sur les droits humains. « و أنـــــا فـــــــــــــين » vise à susciter une prise de conscience par rapport à un déficit de prise en charge des UDI en Tunisie.
